The company
A distributor with one source and eight departments.
OneSource Depot INC buys building materials, flooring, stone, tile, hardware, home improvement products, industrial supplies and general merchandise, and distributes them to the trade from Monterey Park, California.
What the business does
We are a general wholesale and distribution company. The work is sourcing, purchasing and supply: we identify who makes what to the standard a project needs, buy it in commercial quantities, and deliver it to contractors, retailers, construction companies and other commercial customers.
Products come from domestic manufacturers and from producers overseas. Where an order crosses several categories — which it usually does — we consolidate it so the buyer deals with one supplier, one set of documents and one delivery schedule instead of four.
Alongside straightforward distribution we take on customised procurement: a line that is not in a catalogue, a specification that needs matching against an existing installation, or a quantity that has to be built to a schedule rather than pulled off a shelf.

The name
What one source is actually for.
The difficulty in this trade is rarely finding lumber, or tile, or a box of anchors. It is that a single job needs all three, from three suppliers, with three delivery dates and three invoices that have to be reconciled before the job can be billed.
“One source” is the promise that this does not have to be the case — one purchase order, one delivery schedule, one set of paperwork, whatever the mix of departments on the list.
How this page is written
Company details here come from the company’s own registration and correspondence. This site does not publish client names, project photographs, certifications, staff numbers, turnover or stock figures — none of which have been supplied, and none of which would be honest to invent.
Where a statement is a policy rather than a fact — payment terms, returns, freight — it is written as the term we work to, and confirmed in writing against your account.
Written enquiries
Send material lists and account enquiries to info@onesourcedepot.net. The trade desk is on 626-376-3753; both routes are printed in the footer of every page.
How we work
Four habits that
keep orders clean.
None of these are unusual. They are written down because a distributor that does them consistently is the whole of the value.
- Write it down
Prices, dates, freight terms and substitutions are confirmed in writing. A telephone call can start an order; it cannot settle one.
- Name the unit
Carton, bundle, pallet, square foot, linear foot. A quantity without a unit is an argument waiting to happen.
- Say what cannot be promised
Colour matching, transit time, and stock that moves hourly. Better a caveat at quotation than an apology at delivery.
- One paperwork trail
Packing list, bill of lading and invoice agree with each other, because a discrepancy between them stops a payment and a crew.
