Privacy notice

What this site does

This website is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, loads no external fonts or images, and has no login, comment or checkout function. Everything displayed is served from the same place.

The enquiry builder on the contact page runs entirely inside your browser. It assembles text from what you type and displays it to you. Nothing is submitted to a server, because there is no server to submit to, and nothing is saved after you close the page.

What we do not collect

No account is created, no profile is built, and no browsing behaviour is recorded by this site. There are no advertising pixels, no session recording and no embedded maps or video players.

Server logs, where the site is hosted, may record the usual technical data — IP address, requested file, time — as part of normal operation. That is a function of the hosting, not of anything this site adds.

When you contact us

If you telephone, email or send a request by another route, we hold what you send in order to answer it and to quote. That normally means a name, a company, contact details and the material list.

We do not sell contact details, and we do not add people to a marketing list because they asked for a quote.

Do not send card numbers, bank details, scans of identity documents or tax filings. None of these are needed to quote a list of materials.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for a transaction or a legal obligation. Use the contact details on the contact page.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be revised before the site is published. It is marked as a draft because the hosting arrangements, the mailbox provider and the retention period are not yet settled. Written enquiries go to info@onesourcedepot.net in the meantime.
